Papercut Mobility Email Not Registered

Issue

When trying to print from a personal device using PaperCut Mobility with a non-GRCC email address, an error message occurred: "your email ******@gmail.com is not registered."

 

Environment

  • PaperCut

 

Resolution

This error might occur if your password has expired or was entered incorrectly. Please check that you’re using the correct password, or reset the network password to print successfully.
