Iclicker Software Issue with launching from USB

Issue

The Iclicker software cannot be launched from a USB.

 

Environment

  • Windows 10

 

Resolution

  1. Have the USB with the Iclicker software connected to the computer
  2. Navigate to the folder that houses the Windows Iclicker software
  3. Copy the folder
  4. Navigate to the user's local desktop
  5. Paste the folder
  6. Launch the software from within the copied folder

 

Cause

The Iclicker software cannot be launched from a USB because of our security policies at GRCC.
