How can I view a colleague's extension when it is not listed in the directory.

Information
Some Contingent and Student employees' extensions do not appear in the Phone directory at https://www.grcc.edu/faculty-staff/directory
Answer
In either Google Chat or Gmail, hover over the person you would like to contact for several seconds. A pop up will appear and if an extension is assigned it will show on the third line under their email.
In Google Contacts, you can search for the user in the search dialogue box on the top, when you select the person their assigned extension will show under Directory Profile.
