How to find server information when in PeopleSoft

Information

As part of the troubleshooting process it is helpful when the server is known when dealing with PeopleSoft Environments. The process below outlines how to obtain that information.

 

Environment

  • Web Browsers
  • PeopleSoft
    • CSProd
    • HRProd
    • FSProd
    • Online Center

 

Process

You must be logged into the PeopleSoft environment where you are experiencing problems to get the correct information. Following the below steps is only used for capturing web server data.

  1. Open a new tab within your browser
  2. Type the following associated with the correct system
    1. HR: hrprod.grcc.edu/web.html
    2. CS: csprod.grcc.edu/web.html
    3. FS: fsprod.grcc.edu/web.html
    4. OC: oc.grcc.edu/web.html
  3. A number will appear in the upper lefthand corner - that is the server number.
