Creating an OnTheHub Account

Where to find discounted software for GRCC students.

Information

From Adobe Creative Cloud to Microsoft Office, as a Student, Faculty or Staff member of GRCC you're eligible for discounted pricing on a plethora of software.

Resolution

1. Open your preferred browser.
2. Visit GRCC's OnTheHub webpage
3. Click on the Register link. This link is located in the upper right hand corner of the webpage.
4. Enter your GRCC email address in the Organization-Issued Email Address field.
5. Click Continue
6. Enter your First Name
7. Enter your Last Name
8. Verify that the correct student email address is in the Username and Email Address fields.
9. Enter your desired password into the Choose a Password field.
10. Re-enter your desired password into the Confirm Password field.
11. Verify that Grand Rapids Community College is chosen in the Your Organization field.
12. Verify that the correct student email address is listed in the Organization-Issued Email Address field.
13. Select your status from the Group of which you are a member drop down menu.
14. Click I'm not a robot
    1. Complete CAPTCHA task as requested
15. Click Register

1. Log into your GRCC email account.
2. Locate and open the email from OnTheHub
   • Note: This email may take a few minutes to arrive.
3. Follow the instructions within the email to confirm your email address.
