Add Student Gmail Account to Chromebook

Information

When accessing student email using a Chromebook, user is directed to their personal Gmail account. They will need to add an additional account (student email) to their Chrombook.

Process

If you have multiple Google Accounts that you want to use at the same time, you can add them to your Chromebook. When you add an account, you can use it with websites and Android apps.

  1. At the bottom right, select the time.
  2. Select Settings .
  3. In the "People" section, at the top, select your Google Account.
  4. Select Add account.
  5. Enter the full GRCC email address (username@email.grcc.edu) and MyGRCC passphrase (password), then select Next.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps.
