Issue
VPN seems to be frozen. It shows as logged in but will not connect.
Environment
Information
After installing and applying Windows updates, Global Protect will not connect. The Internet connection at is working properly and it shows as signed in to the VPN.
Resolution
- Open Global-Protect from the task bar
- Select the three lines
- Select Settings
- Navigate to Connections
- Select grccedge.grcc.edu under Manage Portals
- Select the trash can
- Select the + sign
- Enter grccedge.grcc.edu
- Sign-in again to Global-Protect.
