Is my Anti-Virus Firewall is ON?
Answer
To check if your Anti-Virus is ON:
Select the Start menu 
Begin typing "Windows Defender Firewall" 
Click on it
The following should appear in the window and indicate it is On:
If you are inside VMware Horizon, it will look like this:
