View Your Submitted Tickets from the Portal

Question

How do I view tickets that I have submitted?

  • IT Support Portal

 

Answer

  1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal
  2. Sign in with your MyGRCC credentials in the top right corner
  3. Select the Services tab
  4. Select Ticket Requests from the sub-menu
  5. View all of your open tickets or update search parameters to view specific tickets
