How do I view tickets that I have submitted?

IT Support Portal
Answer
Navigate to the
IT Self-Service Portal
Click
Sign in
in the top right corner
Sign in with your MyGRCC credentials
Select the
Services
tab
Select
Ticket Requests
from the sub-menu
View all of your open tickets or update search parameters to view specific tickets
