How do I view tickets that I have submitted?

  • IT Support Portal

Answer

  1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal (opens in a new window)
  2. Click Sign in in the top right corner
  3. Sign in with your MyGRCC credentials
  4. Select the Services tab
  5. Select Ticket Requests from the sub-menu
  6. View all of your open tickets or update search parameters to view specific tickets
