How do I view tickets that I have submitted?

Answer
- Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal (opens in a new window)
- Click Sign in in the top right corner
- Sign in with your MyGRCC credentials
- Select the Services tab
- Select Ticket Requests from the sub-menu
- View all of your open tickets or update search parameters to view specific tickets
