Issue
When trying to access CSProd an error message occurs stating "unable to log you in".
Environment
Information
The system will not allow user to login to multiple PeopleSoft environments at the same time which include Online Center, CSProd, FSProd and HRProd.
Resolution
Log out of the Online Center and then log back into CSProd.
