Also referred to as: Campus Wide Information Systems (CWIS/PeopleSoft), PeopleSoft Self-service, Online Faculty & Staff Center

Most PeopleSoft accounts, except for FSProd, can be reached through the MyGRCC Portal.

Online Center

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty, Staff, and Students
• What is it used for:
  • Course Registration, Payment, Official Grades, Transcripts, Pay stubs, etc.
• Available on and off campus
• Create your initial access by following directions for first time users
• To log into Online Center click Online Center tile in MyGRCC Portal

CSProd

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty and Staff
• What is it used for:
  • Student/Staff Information
• Access must be requested by an employee's supervisor
• Available on and off campus
• To log into CSProd click CSPRod tile in MyGRCC Portal

HRProd

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty and Staff
• What is it used for:
  • Employment Information
• Access must be requested by an employee's supervisor
• Available on campus
  • Can be accessed off campus only through VMware
• To log into HRProd click Human Resources tile in MyGRCC Portal

FSProd

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty and Staff
• What is it used for:
  • Financial Information
• Access must be requested by an employee's supervisor
• Available on campus
  • Can be accessed off campus only through VMware
• To log into FSProd navigate to fsprod.grcc.edu and log in using your MyGRCC Credentials.
