Online Communities

• Oracle Support

  • A support portal where you can file cases and research information. 

  • A login is required for this service. If you do not have an account please click here to create one. 
  • If you already have an Oracle login, you may access their support portal here.

• PeopleSoft Information Portal

  • Search the Peoplesoft Information Portal for help and support documents. 

• Higher Education User Group

  • Gain access to conference sessions and information on any PeopleSoft topic. Members can also subscribe to forums that they are interested in.

Websites That Offer Training

• SpearMC. SpearMC offers live virtual and self-paced training for PeopleSoft Financials, Purchasing, HCM/Payroll and Technical training such as the query tool. Spearmc training is inconsistent in that some courses provide only printed documentation (HCM all access pass) and other courses (PeopleTools, FSCM) do provide some video training. CS training is NOT offered.

• GP Strategies. GP Strategies offers training for PeopleSoft Financials, HCM (Human Capital Management), and CS (Campus Solutions) and technical topics. Please contact for pricing.
