Disabling Website Notifications in Google Chrome

Issue

A user reports seeing unwanted notifications from a website in Google Chrome.
How do I clear chrome site allowances?
How do I clear false chrome website popups? Example: Scans for McAfee Anti Virus.

Environment 

 Google Chrome

Resolution

1. Click in the upper right corner and select Settings.
2. Under Privacy and security select Site Settings.
3. Navigate to Permissions
4. Click Notifications
5. Under Allow locate the website and click  to the right.  The site can either be blocked or removed. 

Cause

The user may have told Google Chrome to allow notifications when visiting the website.
