Spam and Unwanted Phone calls

Issue

Receiving several calls from an unknown number where nobody answers.
Receiving unwanted phone calls.
Receiving spam calls. 

Environment

• Cisco Phones

Resolution

We are unable to block unwanted phone numbers.

Phone lines cannot be blocked in order to allow 911 to return calls in the case of an emergency.
