PaperCut login screen not displaying on printer

Issue

The PaperCut login screen does not display on the Konica Minolta printer. 

 

Environment

  • PaperCut
  • Konica Minolta

 

Troubleshooting

This can occur if the printer has been powered down for a long period of time and/or takes awhile to receive an IP address from the PaperCut server when booting up.  A printer reboot should resolve the issue.

If the issue does not resolve itself after 15 minutes, create a ticket for the IT Support Desk.
