Issue
The PaperCut login screen does not display on the Ricoh printer.

Troubleshooting
This can occur if the printer has been powered down for a long period of time and/or takes awhile to receive an IP address from the PaperCut server when booting up. A printer reboot should resolve the issue. Please see Power Cycling a Ricoh Campus Printer for instructions.
If the issue does not resolve itself after 15 minutes, create a ticket for the IT Support Desk.
