When am I eligible for a Student Email account?

Answer

  • Student email access is granted to any student who is eligible to enroll or already enrolled in the upcoming term.
    • If a student is not eligible to enroll in a current or future term, they are not eligible for a student email account.
  • You will be allowed to access your student email throughout the entire time you are a student at Grand Rapids Community College.
  • Traditional students will lose access 2 years and 60 days after completing their last course.
  • Guest/Dual enrolled students lose access 60 days after completing their last course.

Student email addresses use the Campus Network Username and password, and can be found/reset using the Password Reset System.
