A document needs to be printed from a campus computer to the Ricoh printers.
Environment
- Windows & macOS
- PaperCut
- Ricoh Multifunction Printers
Resolution
1. Sending the Print Job
- Open the document you would like to print and select Print (typically File > Print or the printer icon).
- Select the appropriate printer queue:
- Find_Me_Gray_Ricoh: For black and white documents.
- Find_Me_Color_Ricoh: For color documents.
- Wait for the PaperCut Print Job Notification window to appear.
- If it doesn't appear: Check your system tray (bottom right on Windows) for the PaperCut icon. If the icon is missing, PaperCut may not be running or installed; check the Software Center to install/restart it.
- Select the account to charge: Choose between your personal account or a shared department account.

- Note: The cost shown in this pop-up is a standard rate. The actual discounted department cost will be displayed at the printer during release.
- Click Print.
2. Retrieving the Print Job
- Locate your nearest Ricoh campus printer.
- Log In: Tap your RaiderCard on the card reader (located on the right side of the printer, near the touch screen).
- First Time Users: You will be prompted to associate your card. Enter your Campus Network Login credentials to link your card to your account.
- Alternative: You can log in manually using the touch screen if you do not have your card.
- Tap the Print Release icon on the touch screen.
- Manage your jobs:
- Print All: Releases all pending jobs in your queue.
- Individual Print: Select a specific job and tap the Print button.
- Device Functions: Access scanning, copying, or faxing features.
- Log Out: Once finished, tap the Log Out button in the top right corner or tap your RaiderCard on the reader again to secure your account.
