Printing to a Ricoh Printer from a Campus Computer

Resolution

Sending The Print

  1. Open the document you would like to print, and click print (indicated by a printer icon  or File > Print).
  2. Select Find_Me_Gray_Ricoh or Find_Me_Color_Ricoh.
  3. Wait for the Print Job Notification windows to appear.
    • If it does not, look for the PaperCut icon in your taskbar on the lower right of your screen (see print job notification image below for icon).
      • If this icon is no present, you may not have PaperCut installed, check the Software Center to install it.
  4. Select the appropriate account to charge the print to.

    • Note that the cost shown in this window does not reflect the discounted department printing cost. This will be shown at the printer when release the print job.
  5. Click Print.

 

Retrieving The Print

  1. Go to your nearest Ricoh Printer.
  2. Tap your RaiderCard on the reader affixed to the top of the printer on the right side and beneath the touch screen.
    • If this is the first time you are using your RaiderCard on a Ricoh printer, it will ask you to associate it with an account.
      • Enter your Campus Network Login to associate it with your card.
    • Alternatively, you can log in using the touch screen and entering your Campus Network Login.
  3. Tap the Print Release  option.
  4. From here, you can:
    • Print All of your jobs by selecting the Print All button.
    • View details of a job by selecting the job.
    • Print a single job by selecting it and tapping the Print button.
    • Return to the previous menu using the Home button.
    • View other printer options using the Device Functions button.
  5. When you are finished using the printer, be sure to tap the Log Out button in the top right.
    • Alternatively, you may tap your RaiderCard again to log out.
