Current user unauthorized to use this website

Issue

A user is trying to pay their tuition through the Online Center. After successfully logging in, they click on the pay bill tile but receive an error message.

Environment

• Personal computer
• Any web browser
• Online Student Center

Information

Troubleshooting steps performed with the user:

• Waited a minute and refreshed the web page.
• Clear cookies and cache (opens in a new window).
• Tried additional web browsers.
• Verified the account was not locked and the passphrase (password) was valid.
