Issue
A student is trying to view their unofficial transcripts, however when clicking the link nothing happens.

Resolution
If you click to view your generated transcripts and nothing appears, check that you are selecting the proper type (job training/unofficial/etc,), also check your pop-up blocker settings within your browser. This is usually indicated by a icon that looks like a window with a ban symbol over top once the pop-up has been blocked. It will appear in your address bar, and can be clicked to allow the pop-up.
