Due to budgeting restraints, all new computer deployments must be paid by the requesting department in full. This includes computers for new faculty, staff or part-time employees, requests for laptop carts and any new lab or multimedia computer requests. Departments purchasing secondary devices or shared laptops for Contingent or Student Employees are not included in the life-cycle replacement budget. Only devices assigned to full-time faculty and staff as their primary device are eligible for life-cycle replacements after the initial purchase.
