Introduction
Use this form for requesting the recording of an event or creating a production on behalf of your department.
Please know that we will attempt to support as many reasonable internal requests as possible; if we are already booked for another event, we may need to hire freelance support to cover yours.
If your event requires other technical support (a sound system, microphones, video conferencing set-up) please use the Event Support Form.

Recording an event gives you the ability to review events. Recordings also give access to individuals unable to attend the event.
