Introduction
Launched in July 2025, Element451 is GRCC's AI-driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to streamline and enhance student engagement. It supports a wide range of functions, including student applications, communication plans, marketing campaigns, text messaging, website chatbots, appointment scheduling, event management, and more.
Whether you’re just getting started or are an experienced user, this service allows you to request assistance with any Element451 feature or function to ensure you get the most out of the platform.
