Issue
An event user needs to print to the Konica Minolta printers via PaperCut using the Event Login account.
Environment
- Konica Minolta Printers
- PaperCut
- RaiderCard
Information
The event printing card will only work for the event account (not event1, 2, 3, etc.).
Resolution
A print group will have to be associated with the event account and will need to sync overnight so access must be requested the day before it is needed.
