Resolution

To reset the Google Assignment link, you will likely need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Assignments

  2. Edit the affected Google Assignment

  3. Remove the External Tool

  4. Save the assignment

  5. Re-add Google Assignments LTI 1.3

  6. Save and republish the assignment


When relinking the assignment, please ensure that you are signed in with your GRCC Google account. If another Google account appears, you will need to switch accounts before completing the link.
