ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide direct administrative support to the Associate Registrars (emails and phone messages).
- Schedule department meetings and interviews for office searches.
- Hire and schedule student employees.
- Take minutes for department and college meetings as assigned.
- Take minutes and schedule Commencement planning meetings. Support the planning deadlines by coordinating communications, due dates, and keep planning document up to date.
- Manage and assign tickets in Team Dynamix
- Assist with transcript processing
- Assist with awarding transfer credit
- Assist with degree conferrals
- Respond to student, staff, and faculty questions and concerns. Escalate issues to the appropriate
- Registrar position if additional expertise is needed.
- Review updates in EAB Navigate and triage issues for registration.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Follow College policy on the Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA).

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service or administrative work required.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and faculty team.
- Proficiency in using instructional technology and learning management systems (e.g.,Gmail, Canvas, Blackboard)

- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
