How do I reset my ArcGIS Online password?

Information
ArcGIS Online is a web-based component used by some Social Sciences courses. Usernames and passwords for this service are not connected to your standard GRCC credentials.
Answer
- Visit the ArcGIS Online login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your ArcGIS Online username.
Note: ArcGIS usernames are provided by your instructor.
- Locate the password reset email sent by ArcGIS Online.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
