How do I reset my ArcGIS Online password?

Information
ArcGIS Online is web-based component used by some Social Sciences courses. User name and passwords for this service are not connected to your standard GRCC credentials.
Answer
- Visit ArcGIS Online
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your ArcGIS Online user name.
Note: ArcGIS user names are provided by your instructor.
- Locate the email from ArcGIS Online.
- Follow the provided instructions to reset your password.
