Forgotten RAVE Password or Username

Issue

Forgot username or password for the RAVE alert system.

Environment

Resolution

1. Navigate to www.getrave.com/login/grcc
2. Directly below the login box click the link labeled Forgot your username? or Forgot your password?
3. Type in your username, registered phone number, or Email address and click Submit.
4. You will be sent an e-mail after a few minutes with instructions on how to change your password.
