Forgotten RAVE Password or Username

Issue

Forgot username or passphrase (password) for the RAVE alert system.

Environment

Resolution

1. Navigate to www.getrave.com/login/grcc
2. Click Forgot your username? or Forgot your password? directly below the login box
3. Type in your username, registered phone number, or Email address
4. Click Submit.
5. You will be sent an e-mail after a few minutes with instructions on how to change your passphrase.
