Question

How do I log in to the Raider FTP server?

• FileZilla

Information

• Certain CIS courses have access to an FTP server each semester.
• Students accounts are created based on their course enrollments.
• Faculty accounts are created upon the CIS department head's request.
• This process takes place the week before classes start.
• This account will only be active for the semester that your are enrolled in and/or are teaching that specific course. 

Resolution

• There are two raider servers raider.grcc.edu (raiderweb) and raidershell.grcc.edu (unix classes)
• The useranme/passphrase (passwords) matches your MyGRCC login credentials
• How students log in varies based on software being utilized. Contact the instructor for assistance.
