No Microphone detected in Zoom

 

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • Zoom

 

Information

User can not use the Microphone in Zoom

 

Resolution

Perform the following actions while the user were logged in:

  1. Right clicked on the Sound icon down in the system tray by the clock
  2. Select Open Sound settings
  3. Click on Manage sound devices under the Input section
  4. Click on the Microphone Array
  5. Click on Enable
