Unable to Print

Issue

When attempting to print a document while on campus an error message stating "unable to print" popped up before PaperCut would launch.

 

Environment

  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Word

 

Resolution

The connection must state that it is connected to ad.grcc.edu or GRCC Secure in order for Papercut to Connect.

Disconnect from any VPN to connect to ad.grcc.edu and allow printing.
