How to turn on desktop notifications in Google Calendar

  • Google Calendar

 

Process

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Click  Settings 
  3. Click Settings
  4. Under General, click Notification settings
  5. Click on drop down for Notifications and select Desktop Notifications
    • Additionally, Play notification sounds can be check marked
