Item Locked in Preview Mode

Issue

When attempting to view or approve a time sheet, leave of absence, or other document within document imaging there is an error stating "Another user is viewing this item. Do you want to open this item in preview mode?"

Resolution

  1. Wait 1 hour for the session to time out and refresh.

OR

  1. Someone from the Document Imaging team can discontinue the users session
