Saving Messages in Gmail

How do I save my emails in Gmail?

  • Google Drive

 

Information

We have unlimited space in our email in boxes, Google will save your messages for as long as wish if you select to "archive" the message. Archived email move out of your inbox but stay under All mail, so that you can find them later. Deleted email move to the Trash and get permanently deleted after 30 days.

 

Resolution

Archive an email

  1. Select one or more messages.
  2. At the top, click Archive 

Save email as PDF

  1. Open an email
  2. Click (Print)
  3. Set Destination to Save as PDF
  4. Click Save
  5. Click Save
