Issue
When using the wireless keyboard in a class, it types slowly or mistypes letters
Environment
- Classroom Multimedia Station
- Wireless Keyboard
Resolution
- Disable or deactivate Num Lock on the main wired keyboard
- Remove the wireless receiver/dongle and plug it back in
- Check the batteries
- Restart computer
