Wireless Keyboard Typing Slowly or Sporadically

Having Num Lock enabled on the wired keyboard can interfere with the wireless keyboard functionality.

Issue

When using the wireless keyboard in a class, it types slowly or mistypes letters

Environment

• Classroom Multimedia Station
• Wireless Keyboard

Resolution

• Disable or deactivate Num Lock on the main wired keyboard
• Remove the wireless receiver/dongle and plug it back in
• Check the batteries
• Restart computer
