Issue
When logging in to 25Live, the system does not accept your username or passphrase (password).

Information
The 25Live application is integrated with Single Sign-On (SSO). It uses the same username and passphrase as your MyGRCC portal, Canvas, campus computers, and WiFi.
Resolution
1. Reset or Recover Credentials
If you have forgotten your credentials or they have expired, you can recover or reset them by visiting the GRCC Password Reset System (opens in a new window).
2. Request Account Provisioning
If your credentials work for other GRCC services (like email or Canvas) but fail specifically for 25Live, your account may not yet be provisioned for that application. To request access:
