Why can't I enroll in courses after I've completed the online orientation in Canvas?

Once orientation is completed, it can take between 30 minutes to two hours (and occasionally longer) for the hold to be removed from your account, allowing you to enroll in courses.
Answer
Wait approximately one hour and try to enroll in classes again. If you still cannot enroll 120 minutes after completing the orientation, please contact IT Support at 616-234-4357 or itsupport@grcc.edu for assistance.
