Issue
When launching Lockdown Browser an error message detecting Screencastify running on Chrome came up.
Environment
- Lockdown Browser
- Mac OS
- Chrome
Resolution
Any one or combination of the following troubleshooting steps may help resolve the issue:
- Remove Screencastify from Chrome Extensions
- Delete Cached Google Chrome data
- Delete other Chrome Profiles
- Uninstall and Reinstall Google Chrome
- Uninstall and Reinstall Lockdown Browser
- Restart computer
