Resolution
Checking the Mouse Sensor Light
If the light is on:
- Unplug the mouse for a few seconds, then plug it back in.
- If that does not work, plug it into a different USB port.
- Reboot the computer.
If the light is off:
- Ensure that the mouse is securely plugged into the computer.
- Unplug the mouse for a few seconds, then plug it back in.
- Try a different USB port.
- Reboot the computer.
