Steps to Submit the Accessory Request Form

  1. Go to the Dell Pro Plus 24 Monitor request page (opens in a new window) to order a second monitor.
  2. Click the yellow Request Service button to the right.
  3. Complete the required fields in the form.
  4. Attach any supporting documentation, if necessary.
  5. Click Submit.
