Steps to Submit the Accessory Request Form

1. Go to the ASUS VA24DQSB 24" Eye Care Monitor request page to order a second monitor.
2. Click the Request Service button.
3. Complete the required fields in the form.
4. Attach any supporting documentation, if necessary.
5. Click Submit.
