Account locked due to maximum login attempts reached

Issue

User are unable to login to MyGRCC.   They are presented with the following error message.

"Account Locked, maximum login attempts reached."

Environment

• MyGRCC
• Supervault

Resolution

• The account is likely locked, a Full Time or Contingent Technician will need to Enable the account in Supervault (opens in a new window). 
• Some users may have an expiration date in SuperVault. Uncheck the "Account has expiration date" box on the Restrictions > Login Restrictions page.
• If a time is listed under the Account Locked error their account can be unlocked in Portal Guard (opens in a new window).
