Student was unable to log into Scholarship site (AcademicWorks)
Environment
Information
This is for students who's password is not expired and are able to log in to the MyGRCC portal, and have the RaiderCard driver present in SuperVault.
Resolution
- Navigate to SuperVault
- Locate the student
- Modify Object
- Group Membership
- Add Active Student Replicated Group
- Add changes to student profile description
