Also referred to as: Campus-Wide Information Systems (CWIS/PeopleSoft), PeopleSoft Self-Service, Online Faculty & Staff Center.

Most PeopleSoft accounts, except for FSProd, can be reached through the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window).

Online Center

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty, Staff, and Students
• What is it used for:
  • Course Registration, Payment, Official Grades, Transcripts, Pay stubs, etc.
• Available on and off campus
• Create your initial access by following directions for first-time users (opens in a new window)
• To log into Online Center, click the Online Center tile in the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window)

CSProd

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty and Staff
• What is it used for:
  • Student/Staff Information
• Access must be requested by an employee's supervisor
• Available on and off campus
• To log into CSProd, click the CSPRod tile in the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window)

HRProd

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty and Staff
• What is it used for:
  • Employment Information
• Access must be requested by an employee's supervisor
• Available on campus
  • Can be accessed off campus only through Omnissa (VMWare) (opens in a new window)
• To log into HRProd, click the Human Resources tile in the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window)

FSProd

• Who uses it:
  • Faculty and Staff
• What is it used for:
  • Financial Information
• Access must be requested by an employee's supervisor
• Available on campus
  • Can be accessed off campus only through Omnissa (VMWare) (opens in a new window)
• To log into FSProd, navigate to fsprod.grcc.edu (opens in a new window) and log in using your MyGRCC Credentials.
