How do I request a loaner laptop?
Answer
All faculty, staff, and students can checkout laptops, depending upon availability.
Students
Loaner equipment is managed and distributed by the GRCC Library (opens in a new window). The Library is open Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am-8:00 pm, Friday: 7:30 am-5:00 pm, and Saturday: 10:00 am-2:00 pm
There is no need to make an appointment or reserve technology ahead of time.
Staff
Faculty & staff who do not already have a laptop available as their primary device can request a laptop through our Service Portal (opens in a new window).
If more then one computer is needed, refer to the service catalog page for requesting a Loaner Laptop Cart (opens in a new window).
Hotspots may be requested, but we must have EBCO (Executive Budget Control Officer) approval before loaning one.
