Unable to Login to the computers at the Enrollment Center, Financial Aid, or Veteran's Center

Issue

Student can log into computers across campus, but cannot log into a computer in Enrollment Center, Financial Aid, or Veteran's Center.

Environment

  • Enrollment Center (RJF 1st Floor) Thin Clients
  • Financial Aid (RJF 1st Floor) Thin Clients
  • Veteran's Center (RJF G2 002) Thin Clients

Resolution

  1. Verify student passphrase (password) is valid and able to log into other computers.
  2. Within CSprod verify the student has the Workstation Services Entitlement
  3. Within SuperVault, ensure the student has the Student membership
