How do I save an email as a PDF in Gmail?

  1. Open the email you wish to save.
  2. At the top right of the email thread, click More (three vertical dots).
  3. Click Print. A new window or print preview dialog will appear.
  4. In the print settings, click on the dropdown box for Destination.
  5. Click the See more... option if "Save as PDF" is not immediately visible.
  6. Select Save as PDF from the list of destinations.
  7. Click Save and choose the location on your computer where you want to store the file.
